Nigerians and friends of the country have been organizing protest across the world tagged 'bring back our girls' for the over 200 schoolgirls abducted on the night of April 14 in Chibok, Borno State. Citizens and the international community have continuously criticized the government's handling of the crisis with Nigeria's First Lady, Patience Jonathan threatening to lead a march against her husband's administration. Protests were held in Washington D.C and New York in the United States. Protesters in New York were to come in headgear (Gele) and a touch of red. The protest took place at Union square, New York. Protest were also held in London while Lagos protest was led by Mo Abudu, Waje, Betty Irabor, Omoni, Banky W and many more.
